This Editorial Wedding Inspiration Shoot was done as one of the first to showcase the beautiful Donovan Manor Wedding venue in Fuquay-Varina right by Raleigh, North Carolina. Our theme was “modern fine art”, drawing from colorful pinks, purples and yellows as our color palette mixed with shadow play and modern designer fashion pieces.
Loren, the bride wore one of my favorite bridal designers, Saint Bridal from A&Be Bridal Boutique in Raleigh. The long flowing ribbons and corset added a unique spin on the classic gown style.
We wanted to showcase the just completed ballroom area at Donovan Manor, with reception table decor backed by high sweeping window light overlooking the garden.
The ceremony space had florals spilling out to decorate a space that is already gorgeous, as the gardens of the venue. Wood fans were placed on each chair to help with adding a breeze and giving a more organic feel to the day. Check out the highlights below and take your tour of Donovan Manor today <3
