Erin & Tanner – Plantation Gardens Kauai Wedding Photographer

It was so exciting to meet Erin & Tanner in Kauai for their wedding day at the Plantation Gardens in Poipu. They are both from Alaska and are actually high school sweet hearts! These two had such a great group of family and friends come with them to celebrate for their wedding day on this stunning island, and Tanner’s family has a history on Kauai, with family living there for many years.

I absolutely loved the tropical bridesmaids dresses that Erin chose for her girls with the colorful florals. This is a perfect way to incorporate the vibrance of Hawaii in your wedding day! Tanner is a commercial fisherman and Erin is studying to become a dental hygienist in Washington, and both love the outdoors, so Hawaii was an awesome destination for them to celebrate their love of adventure.

Their ceremony was held in the gardens of the venue, and then we headed to the beach to get some Hawaii style images overlooking the palm trees.  One of my favorite spots in the gardens actually has towering cactus plants, something people may not know Hawaii has to offer.

Their ceremony was so sweet on the green at the gardens and it was clear how great of a match these two are for each other.  Check out the highlights of their day below!
